Adam Royal Death  – A Royal Marine kicked the bucket quickly in a blast in Afghanistan after a metal locator had checked the ground and discovered nothing, an examination has heard.

Marine Adam Brown from 40 Commando, Royal Marines, endured “cataclysmic wounds” when the extemporized touchy gadget (IED) went off on 1 August 2010.

The coroner recorded a decision that he was executed while on dynamic assistance.

Marine Richard Reeves was around eight yards behind Marine Brown when he was executed, he told the investigation in Alton, Hampshire.
