Andy Banks Obituary – A missing individual’s case including a previous Gastonia inhabitant has finished with a recouped body and a man accused of homicide.

Raleigh police declared Thursday that they accept the assortment of Andrew “Andy” Banks has been found in Virginia.

Police have charged Justin Fernando Merritt, 34, with first-degree murder in the demise of Banks. He had before dealt with indictments identified with the burglary of Banks’ vehicle.
