With heavy hearts, we regretfully inform you that on September 23, 2023, we bid farewell to Dorothy Ann Kelly, who resided in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Dorothy was born in Somers Point, New Jersey, bringing light and joy into the world.

Dorothy’s journey was preceded by the passing of her beloved parents, George H. Getty Sr. and Dora C. Getty. Left behind to cherish her memory is her devoted husband, James J. Kelly. Additionally, her siblings, Eleanor H. Dodd, Nancy L. Peck (Harry), Kathy J. Sear, George H. Getty Jr. (Patricia), and William T. Getty (Cathleen Collins) continue to hold her close in their hearts.
Terrie L. McAndrew, her cherished niece, and her godsons, Gregory and Michael Calabrese, were also deeply touched by Dorothy’s presence and will carry her spirit with them. Furthermore, Dorothy leaves behind a legacy of love among numerous nieces and nephews.
In honor of Dorothy’s wishes, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending flowers. Let us instead take solace in the cherished memories we shared with her.
