James W. Miller’s departure from this world leaves a void that can never be filled. His passing has left the community of Appleton, Wisconsin, and beyond, in a state of sorrow, but his memory will forever be engraved in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Born in Sherwood, Wisconsin, James lived a life characterized by love, humility, and perseverance. The lessons he imparted and the love he shared will remain as guiding lights for all those who were fortunate enough to be a part of his journey. He not only taught through words but led by example, embodying the virtues of compassion, integrity, and resilience.
Although he was predeceased by his parents, James and Mame Miller, as well as siblings Robert, Gerald, and Jeanette, the love and bond they shared continue to echo in the memories of those left behind.
His beloved wife, Mina, stands as a testament to the enduring love they shared, a love that only grew stronger with time. Their children, Eric and Jane Kessler, are living reflections of their father’s character and values. James’ pride and joy, his granddaughter Abby, was the apple of his eye, and their bond was truly special.
James is also fondly remembered by his surviving siblings Mildred Applegate, Don, David, Marlene, Richard, Russell, and Beverly. Each of them carries forward tales of his wisdom, his wit, and the moments of laughter and joy they shared.
As we come together to bid him a final farewell, let us remember the life he led, the difference he made, and the countless lives he touched. His legacy will forever be remembered, celebrated, and cherished.
