With sorrow in our hearts, we bid farewell to Joel Baldwin Gee Jr., who peacefully passed away at his residence in Kinzers, PA on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Born in the embracing town of West Chester, PA, he was the beloved son of Joel Gee Sr., a resident of Denver, PA, and the late Rebecca Fellenbaum Gee.
Joel embarked on his journey through life by graduating from Octorara High School in 1984, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors. He dedicated his boundless energy and expertise to Lobar, Inc., where he served as a Foreman in the field of commercial construction.
In this difficult time, Joel’s devoted father stands alongside his cherished memory. Additionally, he is survived by his two beloved daughters, Amanda Schmidt (James) of Mohnton, PA, and Charlee Miller (Alex) of Highland Lakes, NJ. His granddaughters, Savannah Brown and Kirbee Schmidt, shine as a testament to the love and legacy he leaves behind. His loyal granddogs offer comfort and solace during this period of bereavement. A caring sister, Marcella A. Crammer of Mountville, PA, adds to the tapestry of support that surrounds the family.
To honor Joel’s life and perpetuate his compassionate spirit, the family will hold private funeral services, ensuring a space for intimate remembrance. In lieu of flowers, they kindly request memorial donations to be made to the American Cancer Society. By supporting this noble organization, we can contribute to the ongoing fight against a devastating illness.
