Mark Homan Obituary – Imprint V. Homan, 88, of Springfield died at 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008, in ManorCare.
The imprint was conceived on March 8, 1919, in Helena, Ohio to Carl and Lillian (Wurtz) Homan. He filled in as a Captain in the US Army during World War II. He wedded Joan Hyland on June 29, 1943. Imprint filled in as craftsman by profession working for Datema Building Systems for various years. Numerous clients valued his extremely fine craftsmanship. He was an individual from St. Agnes Cathedral and was the Custodian of the Pilgrim Virgin Statue for more than 20 years.
He is made due by his caring spouse, Joan; three youngsters, Fred Homan and his better half Trudie of Blue Springs, Mo., Rosalyn M. Homan and Geri Grooms both of Springfield; 5 grandkids, Andrea Pemberton, New York City, NY, Kiersten Plute, Kansas City, Mo., Alissa Matthews, Little Rock, Ark., Serena Harris, Little Rock, Ark, and Britany Grooms of Springfield; three incredible grandkids, Knox, Talulah and Tennessee Plute; his sibling, Richard Homan of Brunswick, Ohio; and his sister, Catherine Lucius of Toledo, Ohio and numerous different family members and companions.
