Departing this world on September 14, 2023, Maxine lived a full life, enriching the lives of all who knew her for 90 remarkable years. Her legacy is one of love, resilience, and countless memories that will forever be cherished by those fortunate enough to have known her.

As we gather to honor her memory, family and friends are encouraged to share their stories, their moments, and their reflections. On Sunday, September 17th, 2023, a visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Parker Memorial Funeral Home, located at 340 Hill Ave, Vardaman, MS 38878. Following the visitation, a funeral service will commence at 2:00 PM at the same venue, where we will celebrate Maxine’s life and the indelible mark she has left on all our hearts.
