A somber shadow envelops us as we mourn the passing of Regine L. Scarberry, a cherished beacon of the Fenton, Michigan community. Regine departed from our midst on September 10, 2023, having lived a fulfilling 77 years. As we grapple with this profound loss, we encourage loved ones and well-wishers to extend their condolences and reminisce about the beautiful memories shared with Regine on this memorial platform.
The void left by her absence is deeply felt, especially considering her rich legacy. Although she was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Hollie “Geno” Scarberry, Regine’s spirit lives on through her beloved children: Kurt, Regie, and Danielle. Her love also radiated through her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will undoubtedly miss her nurturing presence.
Regine’s family circle was vast, enveloping her siblings Stella, William, Jack, and Michel, as well as her sister-in-law, Priscilla. Each of them, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends, hold cherished moments that celebrate Regine’s love, kindness, and warmth.
To pay your respects, join us for a visitation on Thursday, September 14th, 2023, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and on the morning of Friday, September 15th, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Subsequently, a commemorative service will be held at 11:00 AM at the Tyrone Community Presbyterian Church in Fenton, MI.
