With deepest sorrow and a heavy heart, we share the somber news of the passing of Timothy Adrian Thielen, who was born in Hollywood, Florida but spent his life in Tallahassee, Florida. On October 12, 2023, at the age of 66, Timothy bid farewell to this earthly realm, leaving behind family and friends who are grief-stricken by his departure.
While we mourn the loss of Timothy, we find solace in the memories he left behind. He will forever be remembered for his love, kindness, and warmth. Timothy was preceded in death by his loving parents, Jeanne M. O’Neill and Adam Joseph Thielen, Jr., as well as his beloved son, Timothy Adrian Thielen, Jr., and his dear brother, William Andrew Thielen.
Through this time of grief, we find strength in the knowledge that Timothy’s legacy lives on through his cherished wife, Muriel C. Thielen, and his adoring siblings: Adam Joseph Thielen III (Milana), Mary Denise Stevens (Quinten), John Patrick Thielen (late Janie), Carol Anne Mamara (Richie), Peter Stephen Thielen, Sr. (Robin), Robert Michael Thielen, Terence O’Neill Thielen, Paul Eugene Thielen (Cathy), and James Francis Thielen, Sr. (Beth).
We invite all who were touched by Timothy’s remarkable presence to join us in paying our respects. Visitation will take place on Sunday, October 29th, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Bevis Funeral Home, located at 200 John Knox Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32303. A soul-soothing rosary will be recited at 6:30 PM in the same hallowed place.
To celebrate Timothy’s life and find comfort in our shared faith, a moving mass will be held on Monday, October 30th, 2023, at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. This sacred place, situated at 653 Miccosukee Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32308, will provide solace and strength as we bid our final farewell to this treasured soul. Following the mass, a reception will be held at the Ball House, located at 3255 Hemingway Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32311, at 12:30 PM. This will be an opportunity for all to come together, reminisce, and find solace in one another’s presence.
In this time of immense grief, we hold onto dear memories, finding solace within the embrace of our community. Let us join hands and hearts, offering prayers for the eternal peace and tranquility of Timothy Adrian Thielen’s soul. Though he may have departed, his spirit will forever watch over us, gently guiding and comforting us through our days.
May Timothy’s soul rest in the loving arms of the Almighty, finding eternal peace and serenity.
