September 9, 2023 (79 years old)
In the beautiful tapestry of life, every individual forms a unique pattern. With profound sadness, we acknowledge the loss of a vital thread that enriched our lives. Victoria Garcia of Alvin, Texas, a beacon of strength, love, and warmth, left us on September 9, 2023, at the age of 79. Her absence creates a void that is impossible to fill, but her memories continue to glow in our hearts, reminding us of the times shared.
Victoria’s life was a testimony to the love she held for her family. Born to Merced and Nicolasa Becerra, she was embraced in her last moments by an extensive family, which includes her siblings Angie Salinas, Gracie Gutierrez, Hector Becerra, and many more. With her husband Larry Garcia by her side, Victoria created a home filled with love and laughter, where her children Linda, Leah, John, and Rodney thrived, and her grandchildren found their anchor. Her loyalty extended beyond blood, cherished by her sister-in-law Rhonda Navarro, her pet Chiquita, and her devoted caregivers Carlos Campos, Beatrice Cuevas, and Mark Flores.
Victoria’s legacy will continue to live on through the countless memories shared, stories told, and lessons learned. To honor her memory and to share in the grief, a visitation is scheduled on Thursday, September 14th 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home, located at 1421 E Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511. This will be immediately followed by a heartfelt funeral service at 7:00 PM at the same venue.
Remember the love and joy she brought into our lives.
